What do you love most about your home?
We loved the spaciousness and the potential of it all. It was the perfect family home for our children to grow up in. The kitchen is a true family kitchen with a conservatory for the children to play in attached to it, my husband loves his wine cellar, and I can work from home in my yoga studio.

What do you love about the area?
We have great neighbours, and Charlton Village is a great family neighbourhood. There is the Village Green Grocers, Charlton Park with the beautiful Jacobean Charlton house in the backdrop and the little cottage cafe and adjourning fitness playground and skate park is a great place to take the kids. Maryon Wilson Park up the road has a little zoo, the train station is within walking distance, Pound Park is one of the best nurseries in SE London, and there are 4 excellent primary schools within walking distance. My children went to Millennium Primary School, which is a short car ride away next to the river, and now attend Bexley Grammar (easily accessible by bus) and Blackheath Highschool for Girls near Greenwich Park (bus or walk)
