It’s served us well as a flatshare for two professionals, a bachelor pad and a couples first home together. It's bright, light and spacious. We love sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning sunshine. It's so quiet and peaceful on the balcony or in the beautiful communal gardens with virtually no street noise across the entire estate. We both love cooking so make our bespoke kitchen the centre of the home. Why are you moving? We're moving out of the area to be closer to family. What do you love about the area? The location is unparalleled: minutes to Denmark Hill station, buses on tap, a local Tesco for essentials, huge Sainsburys nearby, great shops on Lordship Lane and Camberwell's restaurants and pubs a stone’s throw (particular shouts to Silk Road and the Camberwell Arms but we'll give you a list of our favourites if you don't know the area well). The park is so close that it feels like our gardenand Denmark Hill station is perfect for central London and the City.
