1. What do you love most about your home?
I love the inclusive nature of the open-plan kitchen living area (so the person cooking can still talk to those in the living room, watch TV etc). The bathroom is great and modern; the walk-in shower is amazing. The bedroom is spacious due to the built-in wardrobe, so there isn't much clutter and feels large. I have been using the second bedroom as a study, which is perfect size and has amazing views of the lake and the park (which can also be seen from the main living room). The flat is very bright due to the big windows, and catches the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. Finally the off-road parking is a big benefit!

2. Why are you moving?
My girlfriend and I are moving further outside London as we are both originally from the countryside and we always planned to move out of the city at some point.

3. What do you love about the area?
The flat is perfectly situated between the vibrant hub of Crystal Palace which has great pubs and cafes, and Norwood Junction which has fantastic transport links as it is on the main line, overground and city thameslink (London Bridge in 10 minutes, also direct trains to London Victoria, Clapham Junction and Gatwick and Luton airports). The flat overlooks Norwood Lake which is a wildlife reserve containing lots of fish and birds. The park is great for exercising and offers a short cut through to Crystal Palace station. The area is fairly unique in being very calm and quiet and yet central London is very accessible. It feels very safe and residential while still offering opportunities to experience the fast-pace of London living nearby.
