Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
In general we love how bright and airy the whole house is, it has a lovely spacious feel. We especially love our kitchen: there's so much storage and worktop space; room to host 6 for a relaxed meal, and easy access to the garden via the patio doors for the kids. We also love the versatility of the living room; it's big enough for two enormous sofas, a dining area for when we want to host more than 6 and our seemingly endless baby accessories!
Why are you moving?
This has been a perfect starter home. Now we're planning on expanding our family to three kids, we've decided we want a four bed place.
What do you love about the area?
The location of our house is amazing! Peckham Rye, Dulwich Park and Ruskin Park are all within easy walking distance. Our doctors and nursery are literally one minute down the road. East Dulwich Station is just 5 minutes away for access to London Bridge in 13 minutes. Lordship Lane is also 5 minutes away, with its excellent selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and the Saturday food and antiques market, it really feels like a little village within the big city. Finally, it's very convenient for the big Sainsbury's on Dog Kennel Hill, when we need to do a big shop.
