Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
I absolutely love the natural light that flows all day throughout the flat. The sun rises and shines through the kitchen windows and then the afternoon sun is glorious in the lounge and bedrooms. The flat is incredibly spacious, and there's so much storage available which was really handy. Being a top floor flat means no noisy neighbours above which was a dream, and the other thing I love is the size of the kitchen and the lounge.

2. Why are you moving?
I moved out of London in 2020 and for the last year have rented the property out. I'm now in a position where I would like to settle in the Forest of Dean, so I'm sadly selling the flat to provide for a future here.

3.What do you love about the area?
There are so many great things close by - you're not short of great coffee with Lane 8, Poached who also do an awesome brunch, and blackbird bakery, all within a 3 minute walk from the flat. There's a great sense of community in East Dulwich, and only a 5 minute walk away is the East Dulwich Tavern which is a personal favourite pub in London. You've got Lordship Lane just up from there with fantastic restaurants and buzzing nightlife, as well as some lovely independent shops. In the other direction, you can walk to Brixton in 25 minutes or take a direct bus. I had the best time living there because there was so much going on in the local area, and if I wanted to find a spot of green there is a small park opposite the flat, Peckham Rye and Dulwich Park are just a short walk away. The flat itself is so quiet, with lovely neighbours who would always look out for me, it had a real community feel to it. Transport links are amazing, it's only 10 minutes on a direct train to London Bridge, and the overground is also a short walk away going up to East London and Clapham Junction. If I were to move back to London it would be back to East Dulwich without hesitation.
