1. What do you love most about your home?
It's so lovely and bright all year round, we have big windows along the hallway with nice views across the neighborhood. Being on the top floor means it's nice and quiet too, there's no noise from neighbours coming and going.

2. Why are you moving?
We have a little girl now and are just after a bit more space. We love where we live but we're now looking for a bigger family home.

3. What do you love about the area?
We will be really sad to leave this area. You are spoilt for choice of parks; Dulwich Park, Brockwell Park, Crystal Palace Park are all a short walk away. There are loads of amazing coffee shops, you can even see Volcano Coffee from the living room. The flat is close to West Dulwich and West Norwood train stations and just a 15 min bus ride to Brixton (you can flag the bus down right outside the front door). There is also a couple of breweries very close, Gipsy Hill Brewery is a 5 minute walk and The Rosendale pub is a stones throw and does the best Sunday Roasts! There are some amazing restaurants a 5 minute walk away, like Walter's and Heritage Dulwich, lots of Deli's and the Picture House cinema in West Norwood.
