What do you love most about your home/property?
I love the bright and airy south facing kitchen / sitting room. Its great for entertaining and relaxing. The high ceilings throughout and and period features make for a very attractive flat. The back bedroom is very quiet, with a large built in wardrobe ideal for storage. The front room is well proportioned and can either be used as a second bedroom or office, with privacy from the shutters, but lots of natural light.
Why are you selling?
With a growing family we need to move somewhere larger.
What do you love about the area?
I loved living on Ambergate St. Its got the perfect combination of being a quiet street, but been super close to Kennington tube and Kennington Park. It has great local amenities, with the Red Lion, the Electric Elephant and Cleaver Square being my favourites.
