Comments from the owner:
"What I love most about our home is the great storage, the spacious rooms, and the amazing natural light that fills the bedrooms, both in the morning and evening. It's a new build (2015-16) and still under the NHBC guarantee for another year. Unlike other townhouses in the development, we're perfectly positioned with unblocked views from both the front and back. Plus, we just had it freshly painted and weatherproofed for 10 years, so it's all set!
As for the area, we love being so close to Greenwich Park's massive playground (and an even closer, smaller park), with tons of shops and cafés just 5 minutes away, offering different cuisines and great coffee options - perfect for working from home. It's just a 10-minute walk to peaceful spots by the Thames, and only 2 minutes to the library, Better Gym (with a pool), and several other gyms. The area is full of young families, and many of our child's nursery friends live right in the same complex."
