Top 3 things you love about your home?

The location! The flat is in the heart of Greenwich but on a quiet street overlooking St Alfege Park. Just beyond St Alfege Park is Greenwich Park; one of the largest single green spaces in south-east London and it's only only a 5 minute walk away. It's a 2 minute walk to the world famous historic Greenwich town centre and the market, great pubs and a myriad of independent shops.

The huge amount of light and space in every room makes this a really special flat. It's built for socialising with the open plan living space. Having the balcony off the kitchen is a massive bonus too, because it's great for entertaining. We have screened it so it's very private and a place to truly relax.

It's an easy flat to live in for so many reasons. We never have the heating on because it's so well insulated. Even in the depths of winter, this flat stays warm so that saves on bills. Plus on occasions we are away, we know the flat is safe and secure thanks to our neighbours being around, plus there are two security entry doors. It's been fantastic having the large Greenwich Waitrose at the end of the road too.

Top 3 things you love about the area?

Location, location, location! It's the best of both worlds with amazing transport links for a quick commute and nights out in central London. At weekends, we chill out and enjoy Greenwich with the justifiably famous market and the beautiful parks on our doorstep. We've been proud to call Greenwich home with the mix of culture, green spaces, independent cafés, local boutiques and gorgeous riverside setting.

Transport links. The flat is a 1 minute walk from Cutty Sark DLR (it takes 7 minutes to get to Canary Wharf), 5 minutes walk to Greenwich train station, a 30 second walk to the nearest bus stop (188 and 199 bus routes) and 5 minute walk to Greenwich Pier for the Thames Clipper; passing by the real Cutty Sark boat as you do so! How many Londoners can say they commute by boat, while holding a hot coffee with the sights sailing by? Genuinely, it's by far the best commute in London we've ever had.

Great pubs with great roasts. Highly recommend The Cutty Sark Pub, The Trafalgar Tavern and The Princess of Wales in Blackheath for the perfect Sunday lunch after a walk in Greenwich Park and by the river.
