Owners insights:
What do you love most about your home?
"What we love most is how bright and private the apartment feels, thanks to the southeast-facing windows and the open outlook with no buildings directly in front. Natural light floods the space, creating a warm and airy atmosphere.
We’ve also really appreciated how well-designed the apartment is—it feels incredibly open, with plenty of space to relax and entertain. The clever storage solutions make it easy to keep everything tidy without feeling cramped, and the high-quality fittings and finishes throughout add a touch of luxury while maintaining a homely feel.
One of the biggest perks has been living in a pet-friendly building, which allowed us to welcome our two cats into our home. Many of our neighbors also have pets, creating a friendly and welcoming community. The apartment itself is well soundproofed, offering complete privacy and tranquility.
Beyond the apartment, we’ve been lucky to be part of a fantastic community in the building. Neighbors are kind and respectful, and we even have a residents' chat group where people support and look out for each other. Plus, with so many great restaurants and cafés nearby, there’s always something new to try!"
Why are you selling?
"After more than 10 wonderful years in this vibrant area, we’re ready for a new chapter. We’re looking forward to a quieter, more relaxed setting and are dreaming of having a house with a garden—some extra outdoor space for us and our two cats to enjoy. While we’ll truly miss this apartment and the incredible community we’ve been part of, we’re excited about what’s next."
What do you love about the area?
"The best thing about this area is how incredibly well-connected and convenient it is, while still offering plenty of green spaces and a vibrant local atmosphere. Finsbury Park station is just a short walk away, providing quick and easy access across London, including direct links to the airports. Around the station, you’ll find a great mix of shops, restaurants, and even a cinema, making it effortless to grab essentials or enjoy an evening out.
Everything we need is right on our doorstep—brilliant coffee shops, independent restaurants, and even a farmers' market near Stroud Green Road. Holloway Road offers more shopping options, and there’s even a co-working space right downstairs. Having doctors and hospitals nearby has also been reassuring over the years.
We love that there’s always something happening, with fantastic neighborhoods like Crouch End, Angel, and Camden just a short bus ride away. Finsbury Park itself is a real gem, perfect for a walk around the pond, catching up with friends, or staying active with its tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, skatepark, and playground. It also hosts festivals and community events, which add to the lively and welcoming feel of the area.
What’s made living here even better is seeing how the neighborhood has flourished over the years. So many wonderful new cafés, shops, and restaurants have opened up, bringing even more character and energy to this already fantastic location."
