Some words from the owner:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
Our balcony! The peaceful atmosphere over the gardens and terraces in our building is fabulous, especially in the summer. We eat outside as much as possible and love gardening herbs and fruits with our toddler. The high ceilings and huge two meter windows flood the flat with natural light. The location is AMAZING. We can be at the station within 5 mins. We also have a great sense of community with our neighbours. We have recently had the windows in the building changes
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
We're looking to grow our family so will be moving further out to get more space. We are gutted to leave Finsbury Park.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
Access to so much green space in such an urban area: Finsbury Park; Gillespie Park; West Reservoir; Clissold Par; Parkland Walk... If you're feeling energetic you can stay in green space all the way to Ally Pally via Highgate woods. Then there's the FOOD. Every type of cuisine you could want is on your doorstep, reflecting the incredible diversity of the area. Particular favourites: Pappaggone's; Palmyra's Kitchen; E. Mono Kebab; Oak Wine Bar; WB Yeats; Jai Krishna; Q&T Vietnamese; Finks for cakes and pastries and delicious coffee. Rowan's deserves its own paragraph: bowling; karaoke; arcade games and dancing... what more could you want? Picturehouse cinema is within a 5 minute walk. Our Son's nursery is lovely. And then of course how well connected Finsbury Park is: Victoria and Piccadilly lines make commuting insanely easy, and then there's the Thameslink that can take you to Brighton or Cambridge. Very close to Emirates for any Arsenal fans ;)
