Full description

A spacious, two double bedroom apartment with a large South facing, private garden that wraps around the property situated just off Holloway Road.

The apartment has an excellent configuration with all the principal rooms looking on to the garden with the reception benefitting from french doors that open out fully allowing the patio area to be an extension of the room in the summer months. There is a lovely eat-in kitchen which catches the sunlight throughout the day and two double bedrooms and family bathroom.

The property is conveniently located moments from Holloway Road Station and the immediate area offers an abundance of excellent amenities.

Some words from the owner:

What do you love about your property?
This is such a great flat and from the moment I walked in I knew I had to have it. I love the garden as It feels like a haven that is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to Holloway Road. I am often woken by bird song and I love seeing the wildlife in the garden. The layout of the apartment is also very practical and easy to work with, the eat-in kitchen is great for when I have friends over and it gets so much light coming in from the two large windows. Both bedrooms are a good sized doubles and the bathroom is also a great size.

Why are you selling?
I have had 22 wonderful years in this flat and seen this area change so much but the time has come to leave London and enjoy my retirement on the Irish coast.

What do you love about the area?
This is such a great area and is really well served by public transport with Holloway Road Station just a few minutes walk away. There are also numerous bus routes making it very convenient to get anywhere I need. Waitrose and Lidl are close by so essential grocery shopping is very easy. I enjoy walking and often walk down to Highbury Fields and Upper Street for the array of shops and cafe's it has to offer. Surprisingly it also doesn't take me long to walk over to Hampstead Heath which I often like to do on a weekend. I am not a huge football fan myself but match days for Arsenal do bring a buzz to the area which I quite enjoy. I will be sad to leave the area as I have so many fond memories but it is time for someone else to enjoy this flat and wonderful area.
