What's the area like? Near University and Colleges so very young, vibrant atmosphere but also very safe and residential.
What is parking like? Good. The Council provides with "on-street" parking permits or with a private bay within Courtney Court.
How busy is the road, is it quiet at night? Very quiet at night might get slightly busy during match hours.
I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property? Perfect, it is extremely quiet during the day and peaceful with lots of trees.
