Owner thoughts:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR HOME?
What we love most about our property is its warm, inviting atmosphere, particularly the bright, spacious living room with southeast-facing windows. The cosy feel, along with the charming winter garden, makes it perfect for relaxing all year-round. As a newly built home with modern design and high-quality finishes, it's flawlessly maintained by a full-time caretaker. We've also been fortunate to have friendly, welcoming neighbours, which has truly made this place feel like home.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
We've loved our home, but after four wonderful years, it's time to move on. With two new additions to our family since we first arrived, we've simply outgrown the space. Now that we're a family of four, we're searching for a larger home that better meets our needs.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
What we love about the area is its excellent public transport, with Finsbury Park station just an 8-minute walk away, offering both Victoria and Piccadilly lines and
numerous bus routes. Finsbury Park itself is perfect for outdoor workouts and has fantastic playgrounds for kids. We also enjoy the vibrant neighbouring scene, with charming cafes and restaurants in Highbury & Islington, Stoke Newington and Crouch End. On a more local level, we appreciate the Sunday market on Stroud Green and are regulars at Hana Sushi just across the road. Grocery shopping is very convenient with several close by supermarkets and a large Morrisons and Waitrose within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, the Bright Horizons nursery near the station is excellent, with a dedicated staff, plus there are many other great nurseries and schools in the area.
