Owner's Insights:
What do you love about your home?
"The space is fantastic, with bright, open living areas that are great for both relaxation and entertaining. The layout is perfect for keeping separate areas for the kitchen, lounge, and even a home office, while still feeling connected. The bedrooms, located at the back of the property, are wonderfully peaceful and private. The solar water heating has been a huge plus—we've been able to turn the boiler off from March to October, which has saved us significantly on energy bills."
Why are you selling?
"We've had to relocate for work, and while one of us still spends time in London weekly, it's time to sell the flat. We hope someone else will love living here as much as we have."
What do you love about the area?
"The green space at the end of the road is amazing! North Road offers the Pleasance Theatre, which hosts shows year-round, and a lovely tavern below. There's also a Caravan bakery and coffee shop nearby. Brecknock Road is filled with charming bakeries, delis, and even a great little wine bar. Camden, Regent's Park, Coal Drops Yard, and Islington are all within walking distance. Local buses and the nearby Caledonian Road underground station (just a 10-minute walk) provide excellent transport links."
