A FEW WORDS FROM THE OWNER:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
Where to start! The large terrace was a huge selling point for me. During the summer, I often sunbathe on the terrace (which feels very private) or have people over for BBQs; but even in the winter, it's a nice space to sit out in (if you buy a heater). The flat itself is amazing. I absolutely love the huge the open-plan living-room / kitchen with the large window that makes the room so bright. The flat has high ceilings throughout making it feel really spacious which was important to me. I work from home, so this is a great space to work in (and not feel cooped up) but it's also fantastic for hosting - as people can be sat on the sofa / at the dining table, whilst you're preparing food in the kitchen area.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
I'm moving to Dubai! I love this flat and will be very sad to say goodbye but we've had a great run (I lived here whilst studying and working in London) and always loved the buzz of Camden.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
The location is amazing - you're a 10 minute walk to Kentish Town (with tube and overground), a 10 minute bus/20 minute walk into Camden Town, a 10 minute walk to Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) and there is a bus stop right outside that takes you straight down to King's Cross / Oxford Circus. You're also a 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, which is amazing for (dog) walks and lovely pubs. The road that the flat is on also has plenty to offer: you're right above a nail salon / opposite a beauty salon and next door to a Post Office, you're within 5 minutes' walk from several food shops (Nisa, Co-Op, Tesco Express, an Italian Delicatessen, a Brazilian food store), there are also several cafes, a great hairdresser, a dentist, an "anything and everything" store - so I rarely have to venture off the road if I need anything. It's also a great location for anyone that owns a dog: you're only a 5 minute walk from 2 parks (Cantelowes Gardens and Caledonian Park) and there is a dog groomer (The Groom Room) 10 minutes' walk towards Camden.
