Owers insights:
What do you love most about your home?
I really love how open and bright the flat is. The living room is my favourite spot—those big windows let in so much light, and the fireplace makes it super cosy in the winter while still feeling fresh and airy all year round. The kitchen diner is another highlight, especially after the recent updates. It’s perfect for cooking and having people over. The balcony is my little escape too, and being on the second floor with a secure gate gives me peace of mind knowing it’s private and safe.
Why are you selling?
It’s simply time for a new chapter. I’ve loved living here, but I’m ready to move on to something different. It’s a fantastic home, and I know whoever moves in will enjoy it as much as I have.
What do you love about the area?
The location is brilliant—everything you need is within easy reach. There are great cafés, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away, and the transport links make getting around London a breeze. I also love having green spaces nearby for a bit of fresh air and downtime. It’s a lively but friendly neighbourhood, with a real sense of community, which has made living here even more enjoyable.
