Full description
One-bedroom purpose-built flat with a stunning view over the whole of London.
The South Facing open-plan reception room is one of the main draws to the property, with almost a wall of windows flooding the room with natural light and offering a sense of space.
There is space for a dining table making it ideal to both relax and entertain, also can double up as a desk for those working from home.
The kitchen offers ample work surface area and space for all your everyday mod cons.
The bathroom is well proportioned for the size of the property and further benefits from a full-length bath and window.
Within the bedroom, the current owners added a built-in wardrobe, and the overall size of the room offers space for several chests of drawers.
In the hallway, there is space for both shoes and jackets.
The property needs to be viewed to appreciate both the views and the space.
Owner's Comments;
Redwood Court was our first home and the place we brought our son back to from the hospital.
We've loved living here and have found the spectacular view over the whole of London nothing short of life changing - watching the Ally Pally Fireworks in bed has been a particular highlight over the years.
The open plan layout has been perfect for entertaining, and the added storage has meant we've had plenty of room - even when our family grew. It's a cosy spot in the winter and we've particularly enjoyed how much light the flat gets all year round.
There's a lovely sense of community in the building and we'll miss bumping into our friendly neighbours in the lift.
We love popping down to Crouch End for a coffee and strolls down the Parkland Walk to Finsbury Park or up to Highgate and on to Queen's Wood.
We've had many fun evenings in our local The Shaftsbury at the bottom of the hill and had more than our fair share of mouth-watering sarnies from Max's legendary sandwich shop in Stroud Green.
We've found it very easy to get around as the flat is well served by buses as well as Archway Underground Station, Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill Overground.
Location:
Sunnyside Road is a tree-lined residential road just off the top of Crouch End Hill.
Crouch End Broadway has a wide range of all your everyday amenities including a Marks and Spencer and a Waitrose alongside independent shops and award-winning restaurants and bars.
The ArtHouse and Picture House are also local personal favourites for alternative sources of entertainment.
Infamous Parkland Walk is a stone's throw away, leading to both Highgate and Finsbury Park and is ideal for a walk and popular for runners all year round.
Transport:
Archway Station is the nearest underground station on the Northern Line, with quick routes to Charing Cross and London Bridge.
Crouch Hill Overground Station is close with routes towards Gospel Oak and Barking.
There are also several bus routes to central London and to Finsbury Park Underground and National Rail station.
Ideal for first-time buyers or a Pied-à-Terre.
An early viewing is highly recommended.
