Property Details:

Accommodation comprises entrance via the first floor with stairs rising to the second floor landing, leading into the bright and spacious reception room with stripped wood flooring triple front aspect windows and ample space for relaxing and entertaining. The separate kitchen comprises a modern range of matching wall and base units with work surfaces and attractive tiled splash-back, incorporating inset sink unit, gas hob with overhead extractor and electric oven below, and further space for appliances. There are two well sized bedrooms, a stylish family bathroom with contemporary style white three piece suite and elegant tiling, plus a large loft with potential for conversion.

The property is superbly located within easy access of Stamford Hill, South Tottenham and Seven Sisters stations, as well as numerous regular bus routes all providing excellent cross-London links. The area is well served by an array of shops, cafes and amenities, with nearby Stoke Newington providing a further variety of fashionable bars and restaurants. Viewings are strongly recommended.

Current Owner's Comments:

What do you love most about your home? Being on the top floor means the light floods in through the large windows and is amazing whatever the weather. The views at the back over the rooftops, especially the sunsets, are also fabulous. We love the wooden floors in the living room and the exposed painted brick wall which gives it a 'loft apartment' vibe. It's a great space for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying coffee on a Sunday morning. The second bedroom fits a double bed and also works well as an office space.

Why are you moving? We have decided to move to be closer to family and to have a little more space in the countryside. It was a tough decision as we really love London and the flat but we are happy to pass it on to someone who will love it too.

What do you love about the area? There are brilliant transport links including the Victoria Line at Seven Sisters, South Tottenham Overground and Stamford Hill Overground (to Liverpool St in under 15 mins) with good bus links to all over London. It's a short walk to buzzing Stoke Newington, with many brunch options, our favourite being the Blue Legume. There's also trendy Tottenham in the other direction; Craving Coffee is delicious! We love getting 'out of the city'; with less than a 5-minute walk you can reach the River Lee and enjoy the Hackney Marshes or Walthamstow Wetlands Nature Reserve. We'd regularly stop off on the way home at Beavertown Brewery for an afternoon beer.
