Owner's Comments;
I instantly fell in love with Bethune Road. The apartment had amazing double-height ceilings in the living area beautiful parquet flooring and such nice details like hidden storage in the steps in the bedroom - it was just full of character. Transport was easy and it is a short walk away from Church Street, Clissold and Woodberry Down Park. You're close enough to Shoreditch but still get a peaceful village feel. So much attention to detail went into this flat, it just has a special feeling. If it wasn't for a job abroad I would never have left.
Location;
Bethune Road is a tree-lined residential road with Allens Gardens at the end of the road which is a secluded and hidden garden great for meeting your friends away from the more crowded parks.
The East and West Reservoir is around the corner and has an array of activities including sailing and canoeing.
For those who like Rock climbing, you have The Castle Climbing Centre.
Clissold Park and the Clissold Leisure Centre which is a mixed facility with 3 pools, a sauna and steam room, a gym and a studio with fitness classes are both within walking distance.
Stoke Newington High Street is just around the corner with an array of everyday amenities alongside award-winning bars and restaurants.
