What do you love about your home?
We love the location as it is in the heart of a great area, with lots of local shops, restaurants and excellent transport links! The flat is very bright having a good amount of light during most of the day. Really cosy and warm in the winter. Decent size kitchen for someone like us who like cooking and having a family meal! The flat is well ventilated and easy to maintain nice and clean. There is a very nice communal shared garden where you can relax and even have a barbecue.
Why are you moving?
We are moving as the family is growing, our daughter is getting older and we plan to have a second child. We would love to stay in the area but need a bigger place soon!
What do you love about the area?
We have a new place to eat every day! Very well served by a range of diverse cuisine. Ottolenghi is just a few yards down from us. You can have a proper cappuccino in the Italian deli at Cross Street or go to Gail's for the amazing pastries. New development Islington Square is just down the road with several new restaurants. Almeida Theatre also very close by and Screen on the Green again 2 minutes away. Really well served transport wise, buses to Central London, Angel Tube Station just 10 minutes away walking and Highbury and Islington Station 5 minutes away walking. We also love going for a walk by the Canal in summer days! Wonderful social life options in this trendy area. Ref: ISL
