What do you love most about your home/property?
I love my flat, it has been an amazing home that's stylish and comfortable. The layout really worked for me as I wanted open plan but didn't want the kitchen to feel like it was in the living room. The flat also has a lovely balcony that I could use all year round. I have always felt very safe here having the concierge and will be very sad to be letting it go.
Why are you selling?
Our expanding family means we need more space.
What do you love about the area?
The flat is in an amazing location, just a 4-5 min walk to Old Street station. There are fantastic independent coffee shops surrounding you and two leading supermarkets are less than a 5-minute walk away making it really convenient. I can walk into the City within 20 minutes which is great for work or head into Shoreditch for a night or enjoy a weekend stroll up Regent's Canal to Angel and Upper Street. Shoreditch Park is also a few minutes walk away which is just glorious in the summer months and a great place to workout.
