WHAT DO LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
There is so much to love about this flat but the stand out feature for us was the terraces and the view. The larger terrace is South West facing so we get sun all day and through to the evening which is lovely to then sit out and have dinner or drinks when you return from work. We would often entertain and have friends over so the terrace just became an extension to the living room. There is also a smaller balcony on the other side of the room so you get a nice breeze running through and it doesn't get too hot in the summer. The view is also amazing especially in the evening with the buildings lit up. Both the bedrooms are good size and the main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a further balcony. The bathroom is also a really good size. The flat has great storage especially the cupboard under the stairs. The building is really secure and there are only three flats including ours that has access to this section of the building which is great. Because it is set over the top two floor and over the courtyard of the development which is also gated it is really quiet considering how central you are.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
We have owned the flat since 2012 and would have loved to have kept it but we are moving abroad permanently therefore it is time to find new owners that will love this flat as much as we have.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
The area is great and I could go on forever about why we chose this location. It's a short walk away from Old Street station so great for transport and there are numerous bus routes available so it is really easy to get anywhere you need. Old Street, Hoxton and Shoreditch offer amazing shops, bars and restaurants which we frequently visited . It is also a lovely walk up Regents Canal to Angel where you can go out and explore Upper Street which is a super vibrant scene and walking distance to the city which is awesome if you work near Liverpool Street or Moorgate.
