Full description

A well-presented one bedroom apartment set within this popular residential block in the heart of Hoxton and moments from Old Street Station and Shoreditch Park.

The apartment boasts wonderful views of the City which in the evening becomes even more impressive. The Southerly aspect to the reception and bedroom ensures the apartment remains bright and airy whilst the balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The apartment further features a separate kitchen and modern bathroom.

Fairchild House is conveniently located to a range of amenities with numerous restaurants, pubs, cafes and green spaces, including Shoreditch Park within a few minutes walk. The property is also a quick walk away from Regents Canal offering lovely walks up to Angel and Upper Street whilst Shoreditch, The City and Clerkenwell are easily accessible within a quick stroll.

The closest stations to the property are Old Street Station (0.4m, Northern Line & National Rail ) or Hoxton ( 0.2m Overground ) providing quick access across London.

What do you love most about your home/property?
Sitting on the balcony in the evening sun has to be a highlight. It overlooks a green space as well as the city skyline so you have the best of both worlds - the view was the thing that sold it to me when I first bought it.

Why are you selling?
We moved to try out countryside life a few years ago and now with two kids and a dog there's no coming back! I've got great memories of living here so it's a bittersweet decision.

What do you love about the area?
It's a super handy location for pretty much anything you'd want to get up to in London. The thing I like the best is heading over the road to The George and Vulture for a pint and a really decent pizza, especially when the sun is out. Or you can get a pretty swanky brunch from the cafe next door on a lazy weekend. It's round the corner from Hoxton Square which has all the music and art history and is now a good shout for bars. There's Victoria Park and the canal a short walk away and I could go on! You can be in the city centre in 15 minutes by tube or by bike too.
