Some words from the owner:
What do you love about your home?
The property has a great space and when we lived there we would entertain a lot which the main room is great for. I personally loved the South facing garden and sitting out on the top deck with a coffee in the morning.
Why are you selling?
We relocated to Dorset several years ago for work and we kept the property with the intention of one day coming back to London, however, that seems very unlikely now and we will remain on the coast.
What do you love about the area?
We loved absolutely loved living in Hoxton and we chose this area because of its unique vibe. The bars, restaurants and the whole atmosphere of Shoreditch and Angel were so appealing. It is such a great spot having the Canal and Park right on your doorstep. I also wanted to be walking distance to the City.
