All of it! I love the community feel of our flats and everyone looks out for each other. The back garden is amazing, I sit out on the terrace in the summer months and you would never know you're in the heart of central London! It's blissfully quiet and peaceful and as it's South facing you get sun all day. It also backs onto a large communal garden area so you get to see a lot of wildlife. The flat is a really good size, especially the kitchen and I love that it is over two floors with the bedrooms upstairs. With its own private entrance and front garden it has always felt like we are in our own little house.

We are simply moving because we need a third bedroom. My son and daughter are getting to an age where they need their own space. If we could build an extension somehow we would have stayed here forever!

I love Granary Square and all it has to offer which is minutes from our home. Kings Cross is a 5-minute walk away with amazing transport links. We are within walking distance of the amazing restaurants, bars and shops on Upper Street. We have such an array of things on our doorstep for adults and families such as the Cally Swimming pool, I feel fortunate to have lived here for the past 7 years and am gutted to be leaving.
