′We fell in love with this flat for the beautiful bright south facing living space and the lovely balcony, ideal for lunches and aperitifs in the good weather. We also loved the layout, the wooden floors, the modern kitchen appliances and the good sized bedrooms. Living here we also found that the flat is very quiet and the neighbours are very nice and friendly. Finally, the flat is very conveniently located just a short walk from the tube station.′
