We love Fowlds cafe and Louis Louis for coffee and catch up with friends, and the bars and restaurants of Camberwell Green. It is great for transport, with Kennington and Oval tube stations both 12 minutes away, and you can get a bus pretty much anywhere in London from either Walworth Road or Camberwell New Road. There is a great sense of community here too, with a street festival every summer, trick or treating, film nights, pot luck evenings and just general neighbourhood friendliness. We also love that the street is a dead-end so it is quiet and hardly any traffic. The street feels like a little pocket of calm in the hustle of London.
