Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
I love the light that flows into the flat in every room for most of the day. It’s a surprisingly bright home year-round. The outdoor area was the perfect space to get me started on urban gardening and the shower is probably the best I’ve ever had. Finally a huge amount of built-in storage allows for excellent and efficient use of the space.
Why are you moving?
I first moved into this flat as a bachelor in my twenties and am leaving a decade later having lived here married for a few years. While we absolutely love it here, we are moving further out of the city to start a family.
What do you love about the area?
There are so many things to love about Pimlico. From the beautiful Victorian architecture in a maze of one-way streets to the close proximity to the river within a 15min walk from Battersea park. From easy access to world class museums in the Tate Britain or Saatchi Gallery to the incredible transport connectedness of Victoria Station. We are a 20 minute walk from Westminster and Buckingham Palace while being 10 minutes from Sloane Square and the heart of Chelsea. It is an unbelievable place to live. If you’re looking for excellent food on a lazy weekend, Cambridge Street Kitchen is a 1 minute walk away. Cyprus Mangal on Warwick Way serves the best doner’s I’ve ever had and I encourage you to get your fresh Italian produce and cannoli from Delizie D’Italia on Lupus Street.
