Needing more space and a garden, and to be closer to family. What do you love about the area? All the pubs, bars and restaurants are great and having them so close to our flat has been great. We also love having such a nice, spacious and characterful park close by (5 minutes walk away) kind of makes up for not having any outside space...we have spent many Sunday afternoons walking around the park in the sunshine. The local community is also very friendly and provide a nice sense of togetherness. Many people in the area have lived in Crystal Palace for a long time, therefore contribute to a community feel with the nucleus being the triangle.
