Comments from the owner:
Top 3 things you love about your home
The space inside and outside
The number of windows and how huge they are.
The really high ceilings. My flat is a calm sanctuary a place to switch off.

Three things we love about the area..
The location - so close to everything.
So close to all types of leisure activities- theatre, bars, restaurants etc - brilliant local pubs too - King Arthur:)
The area is so diverse, there is always something going on. Yet it feels like a quiet. Village.

Q&A

Why are you selling?
New partner, recent baby and need a much bigger place - a house!
What's the area like?
Fantastic!
What is parking like?
On-street parking but you need a permit. Easy to get from Hackney council. Friends/family can use the off-street parking downstairs.
How busy is the road, is it quiet at night?
Very quiet - since all of the recent road closures across Hackney. The bike is King.
I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property?
Yes. My partner and I have done that many times - the outside space makes this even more possible.
What's the internet like?
Superfast BT broadband.
What's the boiler like?
Less than 3yrs old. British Gas installed- 5-year warranty. My last one lasted 17yrs.
Are we able to do any work/extensions?
Yes, but it has to be approved by Peabody.
