Presented in excellent condition and flooded with natural light, this spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment set within a modern development in the heart of Bow is a little more special than the usual apartment. Being on the ground floor it benefits from a private front terrace area with direct access into the property. Once inside, the spacious entrance area is currently home to a large desk with an office chair, tucked around the corner is the open plan kitchen area with everything built in as well as ample worktop space and storage. Open-plan living area with two sofas and a coffee table, you can see this is a spacious and well-thought-out apartment. Onto the bedroom through a useful inner hall with two storage/utility cupboards, the spacious family bathroom is in excellent condition and the well-sized double bedroom has built-in wardrobes with space for a desk if required.

A few notes from the owner:
What do you love most about your home? I love how big the windows are as you get plenty of natural light throughout the flat even on those grey British days. Also, the communal garden has been great for meeting neighbours and having yearly summer BBQ's, having been a resident in the building myself for over 7 years I have made some wonderful friends here.

Why are you moving? We want to start a family in the next year so, unfortunately, have to move area to afford a house.

What do you love about the area? As I said, being a resident in a couple of apartments within this block I have got to know the area well and seen it change a lot with more to come as well. I love that we have so many parks on our doorstep! You've got Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park just down the road which makes you feel like you're not in London as well as Mile End Park just 5 minute walk away. Of course, the beautiful Victoria Park is just a 20-minute walk away. It's also great having so many train links in the area as you can get to most areas so easily.

Favourite food spot? A weekend treat is a walk along Roman Road you cannot go wrong with any of the cafes there for coffee and breakfast.

A current breakdown of monthly costs:
Rent £781.35
Service charge £133.44
Council tax £116 (£101 with single person discount)
Water c.£26
Electricity c.£59 (This is full time WFH)

The property is enviably located within a short walk of Devons Road (DLR), Bow Road and Mile End stations, each providing unrivalled links into Canary Wharf, the City, Docklands and Central London. The area is also well served by a fashionable array of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and leisure
amenities, with Stratford's Westfield Shopping Centre also within easy reach for a larger range of branded shopping. Nearby Mile End Park, Victoria Park and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park provide superb recreational space in this fantastic central location. New local developments will be home to even more convenience in the next few years.
