Comments from the owner:
1. The wooden floors are what I fell for when I first looked around the flat - they give such warmth and character.
2. Being at the top of building gives the flat a lovely sense of stillness as you are up among the trees and the light floods in. Watch out for spectacular sunsets!
3. The communal garden at the back is wonderful for sun-bathing in the summer and there is a community allotment which is brilliant for meeting neighbours and growing your own veg.
Three things we love about the area.
1. Victoria Park is just around the corner. We walked our dog there every day and it has everything you could ask from a park; huge green spaces, lakes, tennis courts, pubs, coffee shops and a food market on Sundays.
2. The Camel, The Florist and The Approach are three fantastic pubs within stumbling distance of the flat and don't miss Satan's Whiskers for cocktails. There are some great local restaurants on Roman Road and under the arches.
3. Being so close to Bethnal Green tube which takes you straight into central London.
