This is really calm and peaceful flat which overlooks the park. The big windows and the balcony give fantastic views without having to leave the front room.

The park is on your doorstep with tennis courts, cafes and a market on Saturdays selling food from around the world. I am 12 minutes walk to the tube and overground, within easy reach of Epping Forest and Walthamstow Village with great places to eat.
The gym and pool are just a quick walk across the park.
