What do you love most about your home?

I love the original features, many of which remain, including the beautiful panelled doors and cast iron fireplaces. I love my dual aspect living room at the rear of the property which looks out onto the West facing garden, it's very peaceful & the light is fantastic. I love the neighbourhood, very friendly and convenient.

Why are you moving?

I am moving so my son and I can have more space, and a guest room. He is also desperate to live somewhere with stairs!

What do you love about the area?

I love being so close to Lloyds park, which is a fantastic open space, along with William Morris gallery, it's play areas and cafe that serves fantastic gelato. It's convenient for transport links, with frequent buses into Walthamstow centre if you don't want the 20 minute walk, but quick to access the North circular & M11 in the car. Two fantastic pubs close by, the dog & duck and the Bell, which both serve great food and have outside spaces.

The local community is very friendly, including shop keepers and neighbours. It's rare I go out without seeing someone to say hello to! It's a very family friendly area too, we were very lucky to have so many good & outstanding schools close by and numerous things to do with children.
