What do you love most about your home?

We love how light and spacious it is - that's the first thing we noticed when we viewed the property just under four years ago! We've been able to really make it ours over the years, re-doing the bathroom and the floorboards! It's been the perfect first home for us as a couple.

Why are you moving?

We're ready to move onto the next chapter of our lives, we're an engaged couple in our thirties and just ready to buy the next property, hopefully a house outside of London.

What do you love about the area?

The area is by far one of the best features - Wood Street and Walthamstow are both bustling parts of East London with a real community feel. We know the guy who owns the cafe up the street (Dudley's - they do the best brunch!) and the bakery a few doors down. You also have Walthamstow Village - a quaint little street with a tapas bar, wine bar, coffee shops and a couple of pubs only a 10 min walk away, which is where I always take friends and family from out of town.

If you're into yoga there's plenty of studios nearby - East of Eden is amazing! You also have a HIIT fitness studio directly opposite the building which is great if you like working out! We also have Epping Forest right on our doorstep - you can reach different areas of the forest depending on which way you go. Perfect for walks and bike rides!

You also have great, easy access into the city. From Wood Street station (approx 10min walk) you can get to Hackney and Liverpool street in a few stops or if you get the 212 bus (right outside the building) it takes you all the way to Walthamstow Central which is on the Victoria (first stop so you always get a seat) and takes you all the way to central London.
