What do you love most about your home We love how spacious the bedrooms are (our guest room was always very popular, and then became a very useful home office!), the built-in storage and our dining nook with custom-built bench (great for entertaining in normal times), plus having a balcony. We totally refurbished in 2015 to include lots of mod cons and comforts like a luxurious huge shower, bath, and Dishdrawer and waste disposal in the kitchen. It's also lovely basking in the sun on the sofa by the living room window and being able to see the top of the Shard from our bed and the dining table! Having a daytime concierge is great for receiving parcels etc and the communal roof terrace is huge.

Why are you moving? We're looking to move closer to family.

What do you love about the area? We love the buzz of the area and how safe it feels, being so central, but also having peace and quiet moments away in Wapping and St Katharine Dock. Having three tube stations, a mainline station, a DLR station and countless bus stops within a five-minute walk makes it super easy to get around, and it's great having two supermarkets on the road too. There are loads of lovely restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes within a ten-minute walk or so - favourites include the Ivy Tower Bridge, Amber, Delamina East, the Pastry Parlour bakery for Sunday morning pastries, Pizza Union (delicious cheap pizza), and Leman Street Tavern (best chips in town and a fab pub quiz), as well as all the restaurants and cafes (with great views!) at St Katharine Dock. Spitalfields Market is also nice for a wander around and we love strolling down to Wapping and beyond. There are loads to see and do around Brick Lane and places like Whitechapel Gallery, and the Tower of London is five minutes away. Finally, walking over Tower Bridge for a wander down Bermondsey St or a trip to the Bridge Theatre, with the views on both sides, never gets old. Ref: ISL
