For me its the location of this retirement complex that really makes it a great place to live, Just a short stroll takes you into town or to a bus stop or even along the Leas for a lovely wander whilst looking out to sea! A little chat to a resident whilst waiting for the lift gave me a lovely quote that summed up his happy 3 years in Homepine house - 'I love that everything moves slowly here so I don't feel rushed in my day'.
