What do you love most about your home/property?
The best thing about this place is that it has all the benefits of an upstairs flat (light rooms, no noisy upstairs neighbours) but with the bonus of outside space. We love chilling in our garden, there is always a spot in the sun. Our favourite part of the house, though, is the master suite in the loft space. It feels so spacious, and we'll really miss watching spectacular sunsets from bed.

Why are you selling?
Hoping to grow our family (we have a daughter and hoping to have another baby one day) and consequently looking for more space and to be nearer the in-laws.

What do you love about the area?
The location is the best thing about this flat. It's only a 5 minute walk to the train station, and a quick bus ride or 15 minute walk to the tube. There's so much right on the doorstep: The Gorringe Pub, where we have spent many an afternoon; loads of food shops, including Lidl and Tesco Express a couple of minutes away; plus great take-away options, we recommend the Golden Anchor for Fish & Chips, and the Indian Take-Away, Samraat. And you're walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Tooting, including Tooting Market. There's a lovely green space at the end of the road and free tennis courts. Plus if you're thinking about starting a family, there's a park and excellent nursery in less than 5 mins walk.
