Full description

Located on a popular tree-lined road just 0.4 miles from Chislehurst High Street, this immaculate four-bedroom extended end-of-terrace house with off-street parking is a must-see.

The property has been meticulously maintained by the current owners and is beautifully presented throughout. Accommodation comprises an entrance hall with an understairs cupboard, a through lounge/dining room with a wood burner stove, a bay window with shutters, and double doors leading to the garden. The stunning kitchen features quartz worktops, a breakfast bar, integrated appliances, and a WC.

On the first floor, there is a modern family bathroom, two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom (currently being used as an office). On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with built-in storage and an en-suite shower room.

Externally, there is a delightful southeast-facing garden with a large patio covered by a pergola entwined with wisteria, a lawn area, and a further patio at the rear of the garden that captures the evening sun. To the front, there is off-street parking for up to two cars.

The location is outstanding. Chislehurst High Street, with its many boutique shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Chislehurst Commons and ponds, is just 0.4 miles away. Many of the area's finest schools are also nearby, including Mead Road, Red Hill, and Edgebury.

What made you want to buy the property? At the time we were just starting a family and so we loved how close the house was to good Nurseries and Schools, such as Edgebury. The fact that it is so close to the High Street, as well as Chislehurst Ponds and Common was also a selling point for us. In terms of the house itself, we loved the bay window which gives the house great character, as well as the open plan of the ground floor and good sized garden.

What do you love most about your property? We love the large and bright loft room we have created. The open plan kitchen diner and living space is great for entertaining.

Why are you selling? It's been a difficult decision to move from such a much loved house, however we would like to move on to challenge ourselves with a new project in a potential house renovation. We wont be moving far!

What do you love about the area? Our house is just a few minutes walk to the lovely High Street with lots of shops and varied restaurants. The woods, ponds and green areas are also close by. Chislehurst has a great community feel, with many events held throughout the year. The Schools are also excellent.
