Some words from the owner:
What made you want to buy the property?
We were drawn to this property because it truly offers the best of both worlds. For commuters, it's perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the train station via a convenient side gate, with frequent services to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo East and Charing Cross, and the fastest train taking only 17 minutes to reach London Bridge. On the other hand, if you love nature, you'll appreciate Hawkwood, just 500 meters away. Additionally, the property is close to a charming high street with a pub, coffee shop, supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaner, takeaway shops, and a beauty salon, making everyday living easy and enjoyable.
What do you love most about your property?
What I love most about our home is the ample natural light and the quiet setting of being in a cul-de-sac. It's very peaceful, yet we're conveniently close to the train station, high street, and woodland, offering a great balance of convenience and tranquility.
Why are you selling?
We are selling because we need more space for our growing family. We moved here 10 years ago as a couple, and now with a 3-year-old and plans for a second child, we require a bit more room to accommodate our needs.
What do you love about the area?
We fell absolutely in love with this area and are planning to stay local for the same reasons. The mix of countryside charm with plenty of green spaces and woodland, combined with a tight-knit community, makes it special. Additionally, the ease of access to central London makes it ideal for both work and leisure. It's a wonderful place to call home.
