The kitchen area comprises a quality range of wall and base units with central island/breakfast bar incorporating inset sink unit, induction hob with overhead extractor, wall mounted oven, and further integrated appliances. A separate utility room, also accessible via the hallway, provides additional work and appliance space, as well as access to a useful guest WC. To the first floor, there are three well proportioned double bedrooms - including an impressive principal bedroom with bespoke fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower. A family bathroom with modern bath suite and separate walk-in shower unit completes the accommodation.

Externally, the garden has been beautifully landscaped, with raised terrace to the house, and various areas of patio and shaped lawn with well stocked borders creating a peaceful and secluded setting - - perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining! A summerhouse with power provides additional versatile space.

The property is conveniently located within easy access of Chislehurst, Elmstead Woods and New Eltham stations as well as regular bus routes offering good connections to the surrounding area. Comments from the owner:
What made you want to buy the property?
We purchased from family (father/father-in-law) and knew the property well; we wanted somewhere larger for our family (our daughters were teenagers) and so we could entertain. We also had plans for renovations What do you love most about your property? We love the space we have created for entertaining friends and family, the feeling of spaciousness, the garden which was landscaped three years ago and the summerhouse which provides an opportunity throughout the year to relax in (there is electricity)

Why are you selling?
To purchase a property with daughter and son-in-law for multi-generational living. We have loved our time living here and are sad to sell up and say goodbye to our neighbours.

What do you love about the area?
Chislehurst village with its local shops, restaurants, cafes. Lovely local green spaces and woods for dog walking and the closeness to London. We have the countryside and the city on our doorstep! Edgebury itself incorporates a friendly and supportive community.
