The garden was one of the main selling points of the property when we viewed it 9 years ago, beautifully mature and south facing, it has provided a wonderful playground for our children to grow in and has hosted lots of happy family celebrations while we have lived here
What do you love most about your property? The house has a very homely feel, from the log burning fire to the reclaimed oak sliding doors and the modern open plan living space downstairs.. it has been a great place to call home during lockdown, host Christmases and grow our family.

It is close to both Chislehurst & Petts Woods for shops, restaurants, playgrounds, schools, you have Hawkswood National Trust woodland just a 5 minute walk away and it is very well connected - St Mary Cray train station (into London Victoria) 10 min walk, Petts Wood train station (into London Charing X) 5 min drive, Bluewater / Ikea / Greenwich 20 minutes by car, London Gatwick / London City airports 30-45 minutes by car
