What do you love most about your home? I love the light airy feel and spaciousness of the living room, and the cool, calm of the bedroom (which overlooks the garden).  On a practical note, I really value having good storage space as it is nice to tuck things away. Most of the all I love having easy access to a peaceful, well-maintained garden. It's great to spread out and take some quality outdoor time at the start of the day, after work and during the weekend.

What do you love about the area? It's a brilliant location - a perfect balance of city and country. You can drive out to the Kent countryside in 10 minutes and be in central London in half an hour. While it's great to have off-street parking and easy access to the M25, a fast, reliable train service to London (or the coast) is only 7 minutes away. Almost everything is on the doorstep. There are numerous cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops within easy walk, as well as a gym, cinema and supermarkets, and if you don't need the parking space you can rent it out (as parking so close to the town is in demand).
