Full description

A charming three bedroom end of terrace period home located in this quiet and popular road just 0.4 miles from Bickley mainline station.

The property is neutrally and tastefully decorated throughout and accommodation comprises entrance hall, through lounge/dining room with fireplace and a stunning kitchen/breakfast room with integrated appliances and bi-folding doors onto the garden. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a well fitted family bathroom and to the top floor there is a bright and spacious master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.

Externally there is an easy to maintain garden with decking and a laid to lawn garden. Further benefits include shutter blinds to the front windows, double glazing and no onward chain.

The location is superb with Bickley station offering regular services into Victoria and Central London and many of the areas finest schools can be found nearby. Bromley Town Centre is within easy reach and a Virgin gym can be found just a short walk away.

In our opinion this is a superb property and must be viewed at your earliest opportunity.

Some words from the owner:

What made you want to buy the property? It is a great house, with a private garden accessed with bifold doors extending the kitchen into the garden. It's in a lovely quiet friendly location, with easy access to stations, schools as well as lots of local amenities including a park over the road, gym a 5 min walk and shops nearby.

What do you love most about your property? I instantly fell in love with this house, its layout, garden and location and will be sad to see it go but due to personal reasons I moved to Suffolk where I now work and want to stay.

What do you love about the area? The ease of access to stations, amenities, parks and friends and family.
