Situated in Walcot, the pretty artisan area of Bath, you are just steps away from some of Bath’s best boutiques, quaint cafes and restaurants and a 5 minute stroll to a Waitrose, Bath High Street and the bulk of Bath’s main attractions: Pulteney Bridge, The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey can be all be reached on foot within less than 10 minutes. But despite its central location, there is very little if any traffic noise and the tranquil Hedgemead Park, Henrietta Park and the vast Victoria Park are all just a stone throw away.

Transport links from Walcot Street are excellent: Bath Spa railway station is a 15 minutes walk and has direct links to London Paddington. The Airdecker bus service to Bristol Airport can be boarded from Westgate Buildings, which is a short 10 minute stroll. Meanwhile, the M4 is just 9 miles North.
