Meeting Debora Abreu (aka Debs), Nested's Operations Manager

Debs has been at Nested for six years and within the industry for eleven. She kicked off her Nested journey as a sales associate - after a long stint as a sales negotiator at a large high street estate agency. Fast forward to today, she now proudly represents nested as our Operations Manager! 🌟

At work, you'll find her connecting with estate agents, onboarding new agents to our platform or helping our agents navigate the world of self-employed estate agency. 🪄

Outside of work, Debs loves spending quality time and going on adventures with her kids and her dog Lola 🐶. Her infectious positivity and vibrant personality has also earned her the reputation of being the "mum" of Nested HQ. 🫶

Debs, what advice would you give to an estate agent looking to start their own business with Nested?

In the beginning, it’s important to put in the effort to get your name out there, but remember to take care of your finances during this time, as results may take a little while to show. By ensuring you’re financially comfortable, you can focus on growing your reputation without the added worry.
