Terms and Conditions

1. This Competition is open to any UK homeowner who is a full-time resident of the UK aged 18 and over
2. The prize is a mortgage payment up to the value of £2,500. If the winner’s mortgage payment is more than this amount, the winner is responsible for the remaining amount. 
3. The winner must provide proof of the below before receiving payment: The monthly mortgage amount by way of bank statements or other source, Proof of homeownership; and Proof of permanent residence in the property
4. This Competition is not open to employees of Nested, their family members, Nested’s agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition
5. Entries to this competition will be accepted until 23:59 on 24th January
6. We reserve the right to disqualify entries, without notice, and for any reason. The reasons for disqualification can include, but are not limited to: If you have previously been found guilty of fraud, or; are in arrears with your mortgage lender
7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed or misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason
8. Nested is not liable for any further costs that may arise as a result of entering or winning this competition
9. The winner will be selected by Nested, notified via email, and will be announced on our blog ​once the prize has been claimed
10. No alternative is available to the prize
11. The usual privacy policy​ terms of Nested apply to all personal information we gather
12. The prize must be claimed by the prize winner and may not be transferred to or used by any third party
13. If Nested cannot contact the winner within 5 working days of the prize draw Nested reserves the right to determine a new winner
14. Entrants must be willing to participate in publicity photographs, video, and interviews should they win the competition
15. Nested is a registered company in England (Company number 09900783). The laws of England shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to this competition
16. Nested Ltd reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter these terms at any time for any reason without prior notice
