1) What do you love most about your home?
It has good storage space. It is well insulated and soundproofed, we can hardly hear our neighbours which is amazing during Covid when both of us are working from home.

2) What do you love about the area?
We particularly like the parks nearby in which we have spent most of our time during Covid. Brookmill Park is next to the development and we are within walking distance to Greenwich Park and Blackheath. We also like the small coffee shop across the road and we have become regulars. The flat is also very conveniently located, we have DLR, trains (Greenwich, St Johns, Deptford and New Cross) and overground all within walking distance. There are a lot of independent cafes and restaurants around Deptford and Greenwich, we are so lucky to have so many choices nearby.
