Top 3 things you love about your home
. The location is the number one thing for us - we couldn't have been any luckier than this. The flat is less than a minute from all sorts of pubs, restaurants and independent shops, and we've loved having so much choice on our doorstep. Being tucked away on a side street you still get a sense of peace and quiet as well.
. I love how much light we get, especially in the living room where you get lovely sunny evenings
. The open plan layout means the kitchen feels more spacious and you can chat while you cook, but still gives you a bit of separation between the kitchen and living areas
Three things we love about the area...
. Toasties from Froth and Rind just round the corner are a great treat when you're working from home
. We love taking friends to visit the taprooms on Ravenswood Industrial Estate and God's Own Junkyard
. It's lovely to be such an easy walk from Hollow Ponds and Epping Forest when you need a breath of fresh air - it feels like the countryside is on your doorstep even though we're in Zone 3
What's the area like?
The flat is really close to Walthamstow Village square and Orford Road so there's lots going on and a really nice atmosphere, but also plenty of peace and quiet as we're down a side road with no through traffic
What is parking like?
There's a car park behind the building - the spaces aren't allocated to individual flats but there's more than enough space
How busy is the road, is it quiet at night?
Eden Road is a cul de sac and pretty quiet at night, but a well-lit walk from the station and through the village
I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property?
My partner has always worked from home while we've lived here, but we've found enough space for two people to work from home permanently for the last 18 months with a desk in each room so we don't disturb each other
What's the internet like?
Our fibre broadband speed has always been good and hasn't caused us any issues while working from home

Gas boiler installed 2014 and no issues since we've been here
